PORTSMOUTH, N.H., JUNE 10, 2019- Leadership Seacoast, a local non-profit organization committed to developing engaged, knowledgeable and effective leaders, will commemorate its 2019 program members with a graduation ceremony on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the Atlantic Grill in Rye, New Hampshire. The evening is sponsored by Service Credit Union and Liberty Mutual.
From January to June, the class explored topics including health and human services, economic development, education, environment, justice, arts and culture, and local government. Prior to the celebration, the students will partake in their last of these experiential learning workshop at the Seacoast Science Center, reflecting on their time in the program and how they will use the leadership education to grow and inspire action in the future.
Immediately following the closing day, members will head to Atlantic Grill where graduates and alumni will join for a reception and have the opportunity to network. “Leadership Seacoast is excited to celebrate another dynamic and driven group of graduates,” said Executive Director Lori Waltz-Gagnon. “These students will join a network of over 900 alumni as more effective and knowledgeable leaders in their communities.”
